  1. Sweet potato
  2. Beans
  3. Palm oil
  4. Pepper
  5. Onion
  6. Tomato
  7. Spinach
  8. Seasoning
  9. Spice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot... Pour ur Palm oil and fry ur dice onion, pepper and tomato den u add water and allow it to boil

  2. 2

    Peel ur potatoes... Wash and dice den u keep aside

  3. 3

    Add ur beans,spices and seasoning and allow it to cook for 20mins

  4. 4

    Add Ur sweet potato & Spinach and cook for some minutes
