Steps

First take chopped onion and roasted in pan with little bit oil.

Onion roasted till golden colour then add coconut, garlic and ginger.

When they are turn in golden colour off the gas. And make a smooth paste add with tomatoes and coriander.

Take kadai and heat oil. Then add paste न mix well.

Add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric and mix till oil seprate.

Then add 2 glass water and salt as per your taste. After 10 min add shev and switch off the gas.

शेव भाजी is ready for eat. Serve with roti or rice.
