Ingredients

1 cuptur daal
4green chilli
2tomato
1tamarind small lemon sized
1 teaspoonturmeric
1/2 onion sliced
2 tablespoonsoil
5-6curry leaves
coriander leaves handfull (optional)
to tastesalt
1 teaspoonmustard and jeera

Steps

Wash daal add water 3 cups diced tomato, sliced chilli, tamarind and turmeric pressure cook for 6-7whistle.

Mash the cooked daal.

Heat oil in pan add mustard and jeera. add curry leaves and onion fry.

Add mashed daal salt cook for 5 minutes. add coriander leaves.

Serve with rice.
