Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/3 cuprolled oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cupyogurt
  • 1/2 cupskimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond, walnut chopped
  • 1/2banana slices
  • 2chopped strawberry's
  • 1/2apple cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsppomegranates

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar.

  2. 2

    Add less milk or more milk based on how thick you prefer your oatmeal

  3. 3

    Shake well and refrigerate overnight.

  4. 4

    Enjoy it cold, straight from the refrigerator or heat it up for a healthy, hot breakfast!
