What I love about this recipe it's simple to go about even for a first timer. Sorry Next time I'll remember to do a step by step procedure from kneading,cooling,rolling,cutting to deep frying.

Mix all ingredients, knead the flour to a consistent dough. leave to rest for 15 mins as you get the oil heated to the right temperature for frying. Cut into desired sizes and styles and toss in the already hot oil cook till brown on both sides and drain from the deep frying oil.

Serve your mandazis with a preferred beverage of choice.
