In a bowl add grated cucumber salt and curd mix it well

For tempering take 1tbs oil, heat it, add jeera, mustard seed, hing,curry leaves, chopped garlic, garlic saute them till garlic become golden brown, then add Walnut, saute it 30 sec,

Add this mixture into curd cucumber mixture, mix it well.serve cold.
