Take a bowl and mash all potatoes and add mint, green chillies, coriander leaves,salt, black pepper and make a tikki with the help of hands.

Now take a pan and add some ghee and shallow fry tikkis in both sides in low flame.

Serve it with pav, bread or as you like.
