Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled noodles
  • 1boiled potato
  • 2 tbspginger chilli paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • 2-3 tbspCornflour
  • 3-4 tbspBread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl...add boiled potato.. noodles... Ginger chilli paste..salt and mix well...

  2. 2

    And make balls

  3. 3

    In a cup add cornflour and water and make a liquid paste..

  4. 4

    Dip the balls in batter and then roll in bread crumbs and deep fry...

  5. 5

    Enjoy with sause... chutney...
