Mixed the ingredients on a bowl, beat it become the batter.

Heat up the frying pan and add in a little bit of butter. Once the butter is melted, used a brush to brush around the frying pan. Turn the heat into medium heat, pour a scoop of the batter on the pan and let it slow fried the pancake to preserved the green colour.

Continue to fried until gets 10 pieces of the pancakes. Let it chill for around 30min.

After the pancakes is cooling down. Time for filling. Add one layer of cream and one layer of strawberry jam until the layer.
