Ingredients

  • 8-10Peppers (Mora Marcha), slit only 1 side
  • 3Boiled Potatoes (mashed)
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1Lemon juice
  • 4Green Chillies
  • 2 cloves Garlic (pounded)
  • 1/2 cupCheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • Coating:
  • 1 cupAll Purpose Flour
  • 2 cupsBread Crumbs
  • pinchSalt
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • dashWhite Pepper powder
  • Batter:
  • 2 tbspAll Purpose Flour
  • 1Egg
  • 1 cupMilk
  • pinchYellow colour
  • dashBlack Pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a small pan put one tablespoon oil and braise pounded chilli/garlic.
    Add all in potatoes and mix well, fill up the one sided slitted mora marcha. Freeze for an hour

    Coating:
    Put all in a bowl and mix well

    Batter:
    Beat egg well add the rest and beat to smooth thick paste.
    Dip each filled mora marcha in dry mixture, then in batter then in dry mixture again.
    Lay on tray and freeze, till it's stiff.
    Deep fry to crispy poppers and serve hot.
