This is a typical Bengali style stir fry recipe pure vegetarian ,quick and easy to prepare yet delicious to taste.

Cut the vegetables into cubes

Heat oil and fry the lentil dumplings and keep aside

Now add more oil and temper five spices and green chillies
- 4
Add ginger crushed and saute till raw smell disappears
- 5
Add the vegetables and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover it and cook till it is soft and moist
- 7
Add the dumplings and mix well adding sugar and water
- 8
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with plain rice
