Preheat the oven for 20 mins at 180 degrees.

Sieve the dry ingredients in a big bowl 2 times and set aside.

Mix B/b,oil with sugar until pale white.

Separate the egg yolks and white,put the whites aside,add the yolks one at a time and continue whisking

Add the dry ingredients and mix using a mwiko adding milk gradually until the all flour has been incorporated, add the lemon rinds and the juice

In a separate bowl,beat the egg whites till cream like,add to the batter slowly until well incorporated, put in two ikg tins immediately and bake for 40- 45 mins.
