Cut the chicken breast into cubes
Add into a blender, and add ur desired spices and seasoning,Blend until almost smooth.
Add in some oil, not too much (like 2 tbsp) that's for 2 chicken breast. And add half of beaten egg. - 2
Once it's blended, transfer to a bowl and stir with a spoon. Deep ur hands in water before rolling the balls (because it's very sticky).
Lay nylon, then place the chicken patties, place another nylon. Then use ur palm to flatten or rolling pin. - 3
Optional, smear some oil on the pan, then cook patties. U can also wrap them in the nylon, freeze till ready to use.
