3big slice Yam
2cksp Red oil
6Fresh pepper
Salt

Set the charcoal stove and light it keep till the charcoal is set and place the grill tray on it.

Peel and cut the yam and place on top of it turn at intervals and roast till is done.blend fresh pepper roughly and add salt and redoil in it.
