Take a boiled, mashed potatoes add turmeric powder, salt, Mango powder, red chilli powder, ginger powder, cumin seeds powder, chat masala, salt, or rice flour, add chopped coriander leaves mix ver well...

Make medium sized balls from the aloo tikki mixture.. Shape or flatten them i to aloo tikki or patties..

Heat 2 spoon oil on tawa or frying pan. Keep the flame to medium and then place the aloo tikki on the tawa..

Begin to fry the aloo tikki..when one side is golden and crisp, Filip each tikki and fry the other side..

Flip once or twice more and fry till all the aloos tikkis are crisp and Evenly golden..

Remove aloo tikki and place them on kitchen paper towels.

In a bowl, take a fresh curd and whisk till smooth.. Place 2-3 aloo tikkis in each serving plate or Bowl.

Pour some curd as your required. Then add some green chutney or tamarind chutney and sprik salt, chat masala, red chilli powder, chopped ginger, and 1 spoon coriander leaves..

Aloo tikki chat is ready to serve.. Serve hot.
