  • 10Irish potatoes
  • 1 tbspntumeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3tspn cooking oil
  • 1 tbspnblack pepper
  • 1tspn paprika powder
  • 1 tbspngaram masala (optional)

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    First slice one potatoe into two halves, slice them into four slices and finally into eight slices. Apply the same to all the potatoes

    In a bowl, add cooking oil, turmeric, paprika, salt,garam and finely mix them

    To the oil spiced mixture add the potatoes till they're finely incorporated

    Put them into a pan brushed with cooking oil,cover then cook with low heat
