Peel the potatoes as you put in water, wash them nicely

Take a sufuria and put salt and water let boil and add the potatoes let them cook for 10minutes

Take a kitchen towel place it on top of a bowel put the potatoes and let it drain water

Mix flour tumeric and water and put the potatoes in the mixture
- 5
Heat the oil in a pan then add the potatoes let them fry it brown
- 6
Drain the oil and serve
