  • 500 mlMilk
  • 500 mlYoghurt
  • 2large carrots
  • 2 tablespoonspeanut butter
  • 1large fresh lemon
  • 1large fresh orange
  • 4large bananas
  • 1/2 cupgroundnuts

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Slice all the fruits into the blender, add fresh lime juice, fresh orange juice, peanut butter, milk, yoghurt then blend them
