Grate mooli, add salt to it & keep it aside for 10min, after 10min squeeze out the water from mooli & take it in a mixing bowl.

Add chopped coriander, anardana powder, red chilli powder, ajwain to the mooli, mix well.

Roll out 2 thin size chapatis out of the chapati dough, on one chapati spread the mooli mixture & cover it with another chapati, seal the edges nicely & roast it on hot tava with ghee.

Serve it with butter & pickle.
