Ingredients

30minutes
  • 1 cuprice
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Potatoes
  • Tomatoes
  • Coriander
  • Capsicum
  • Onions

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Put 2cups of water on sufuria add one tea spoonful of oil and salt to taste

  2. 2

    Pour rice into the boiling water and cover till it dries

  3. 3

    Cut the tomatoes,onions,capsicum and coriander on different boards.

  4. 4

    Fry the onions till its golden brown add tomatoes and capsicum at same time..heat till its consistent..add potatoes and mix uniformily then add corriender on top and cover

  5. 5

    Heat for 5minutes its ready to serve

  6. 6

    Serve rice and fried potatoes and enjoy with avocado and mango
