Take a bowl and add semolina, curd, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped green chilli in it. Now mix all well and add some water to make smooth batter.

Heat oil in a small pan and put mustard seeds and chopped curry leaves in it. Roast till you listen cracking sound of mustard seeds. Now switch off your flame and put these curry leaves and mustard seeds mixture to semolina mixture. Mix well again.

Add 1 sachet of Eno and mix well.

Now grease your idli moulds and spread a small layer of semolina batter.

Put some grated cheese on that layer.

Now cover cheese again with batter.

Make these cheese filled idli.

Serve these cheese idlies with tomato sauce.
