Steps

In a pan on medium heat put minced meat. Cook and stir to break any lumps.

Once cooked add salt and onion stir well. Add chilli.

Stuff the samosa pockets with the cooled mince meat. Seal well.

Place in a tray and dust them well with flour

Deep fry on each side until golden brown
- 6
Serve hot with lemon slices
