In your bowl combine all dry ingredients and mixer lowly

In another bowl add butter and sugar until sugar malted in butter then add eggs one by one mixed well or use mixer is better if you don't have mixer use your whisk to mixed it well then add vineger and vanilla extract or essence mixed,then add dry ingredients that combined add slowly and mixed well with mixer or whisk add brown colour and mixed well.pre heat oven to 170c then used cup cake paper, put on the cup cake paper and set in side desired tins different shapes and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Or in til toothpick inserted and out clean no stick your vanilla cup cake is done. Enjoy
