Steps

Take a bowl and add peeled and boiled potatoes in it, also add cheese. Mix them well. These should be no lump or piece of cheese or potatoes. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt in it and mix well to soften the mixture.

Make rolls of this mixture with shape of your choice.

Take an another bowl and make thick batter with gram flour, salt and water. There should be no lumps in batter.

Now heat oil in a pan. Take these rolls one by one and coat each roll with gram flour batter.

Fry till golden brown in preheated oil.

After each roll is fried, use this oil for making gravy. Put cumin seeds in oil, then add ginger garlic paste in it. Then add onion and green chilli paste and saute it till it leaves oil on it's sides.

Now put kashmiri laal mirch, salt, turmeric powder in it and saute. Now add curd and cream and mix well. Cover with lid and let it cool for 5 mins with low flame. Gravy is ready. Add kasoori methi and garam masala.

Leave kofta we made earlier in gravy and serve with naan or roti.
