Sago & potato cutlets

Soak sago with enough water in a bowl for 2_3 hours.

When they become soft,stain off the excess water.Add boiled & mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts,salt,chat masala,red chilli powder & chopped green coriander leaves in it..Mix well & make tikkis out of it

Take a bowl,add courflour & make a paste with the help of water.

In another bowl,add bread crumbs.

Dip one by one all tikkies in the courflour paste.

Now take them out & covered with breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a karahi & deep fry the tikkis till they become golden in colour.

Take them out on the tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

Serve them hot with curd peanut chutney.
