1 cbutter
1 csugar
2eggs
21/4 call purpose flour
2 tspbaking powder
2 tspcinnamon powder
1 1/2 tbspinstant coffee
1/2 cwarm milk
2 tspvanilla essence

Steps

Butter and flour baking dish. Preheat oven to 170°c

Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon mix and set aside

Cream butter and sugar until pale. Add eggs one at a time and beat in. Add vanilla and mix

Mix milk and coffee powder until well dissolved

Beat in flour mixture into creamed butter and sugar. Add in milk coffee and mix. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 30mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean
