Ingredients

1/2 cupFresh hung curd
1/2 cupThinly grated carrot
1/2 cupThinly grated cucumber
1/2 cupFinely chopped onion
1/4 tspGarlic paste
1/2Finely chopped green chilli
7-8Chopped mint leaves
1 tbspChopped coriander leaves
1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspLemon juice

Steps

Squeeze out the water from the cucumber and discard it.

Conbine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serve chilled with biscuits toast or any snacks.
