Peel and wash cassava, wipe with kitchen towel.
Keep wok with oil on flame, now use (thin) slicer, and slice off the cassava put a handleful in hot oil.
Watch your hand, can put a slice at a tyme if you are quick. Toss the other side.
Remove on strainer, when all done sprinkle paprika and salt
Voila!Can serve with hot sauces, so yumm
