Steps

Perboil your rice, wash, drain, and cook until soft. Then keep aside.

Wash your liver, season and cook and dice into cubes then keep aside

Slice your onion and keep aside

Heat up your pan and pour your veg oil, fry a little and add the sliced onion, allow to fry then put your tomato/pepper paste and stir. Allow to fry well, then add corriander, thyme, knor cubes then stir. Allow to cook for a minute then add the diced liver and salt to taste

Serve with white rice.
