Steps

Take a bowl add all purpose flour ghee carrom seeds and salt and mix well.

Now add water slowly and knead to a tight tohgh smooth dough.

Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and add the red and green food colouring each to two portions and knead it properly so that the colour gets incorporated making it a red and green colourd dough. Keep all the 3 portions covered for 10 to 15 minutes.

Now roll it pretty thin. Cut into pieces.

Heat oil for deep frying drop this and fry till crispy.

Drain and serve.

Store this in a airtight container.
