On low flame roast peanut. When u saw loose cover of peanut. Take it in plate. Remove cover

Roast slowly with turning spatula continually, add cumin seeds. And garlic if u loved garlic chutney

Sprinkle little water if not using garlic. add salt.

Now add red chilli. Off the flame. First crushed the mixture in pestel

Now blend slowly in mixer.
