200 gmfrench beans
2Potatoes
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
1 tspcumin powder
1tomato chopped
2carrots
1 tspred chilli Powder
1 tspgreen chillies chopped
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

Add the veggies cubed into small pieces
3

Saute well and add salt and turmeric powder and cover
4

As it is soft add ginger paste and cumin powder and tomato saute well
5

Now add water and simmer till the veggies get cooked well
