Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and dried red chilli.

Then add ginger-garlic paste and saute well.

Add onion paste and saute well.

Add tomato puree and saute well.

Add asafoetida salt turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander powder cumin powder and Pavbhaji masala and mix well.

Add lauki and mix properly and let it cook for 8-10 minutes on a low flame covering the top with a lid.

Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- 8
Remove it in a serving bowl and garnish with tomato flower & green chilli.
