Soak daal and rice over night and grind well.keep aside for fermentation

Now in a pan or cooker place oil, place 1 bowl mixture in that equally,spread jaggery,cover again with daal rice mixture,now cook on low flame
- 3
When the bottom start to leave pan then flip it and cook from another side
