Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped bitter gourd and fry till they soften. Keep this aside

Now heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add chopped garlic, chopped onions. Cook till brown

Add red chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder and mix well

Now add chopped tomato

Cook for a minute and add biitter gourd and cook for 5-6 minutes

Add sugar and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves

Bitter gourd Sabji is ready
