  4. 1Bay leaf
  5. 1 inchCinnamon stick
  6. 1 tspGaram masala
  7. 1 tspCoriander powder
  8. 1 tspAamchoor powder
  9. As neededCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chhole..then take a pan add oil let it heat then add jeera hing Bay leaf badi Elaichi onion till cook golden brown then add tomatoes add all masalas

  2. 2

    Fry well..let them cook chhole Masala is ready
