Cut the coconut in to smaller parts and blend,sieve the coconut milk and set aside.

Melt the sugar,add in to d coconut milk,add the milk and flavour.
3

Add some ice cubes and blend again,grate some coconut and sprinkle in to d milkshake,it's very yummy.
