Cooking Instructions

    Add water in cholle add namak and mitha soda in it and boil it

    Add oil in kadai add jeera onion tomato adrak paste hari mirch

    Let it brown then add namak and lal mirch imli

    Add boiled cholle and water in it and cook for some time

    Garnish it with dhaniya leaves

    For bhature - plough the ata of maida add milk in it

  8. 8

    Add oil in kadai after heat of the oil now make round shaped bhature and rinse it in the kadai
