Steps

Chop all the tubers and butter nut. Cut in medium sizes for faster cooking.

Boil all of them untill very soft. Drain excess water and set aside

Add the medium cut spring onions and cook in oil untill brown

Add the beans cook for 5/7 minutes. Keeep stirring to ensure they don’t stick. Add abit of salt to taste

Add the mashed tubers.

Mix the beans and the mashed tubers untill evenly mixed.

Add the coconut oil gives the food a taste of (blue band) and keeps it smooth

Serve when medium hot or cool. Be ready to enjoy every bit

Serve with stew and Veges
