Ingredients

  • 200 gdried cepes
  • 1 ltrboiling water
  • 1K diced smoked streaky bacon
  • 2K peeled shallots
  • 2K button mushrooms
  • 1K diced onions
  • 1 Tblgarlic
  • Thyme, bay leaves, salt, pepper
  • 2 Ltrred wine
  • 4 ltrveal jus
  • 400 gtomato purre

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak cepes in boiling water

  2. 2

    Fry off olive oil, bacon, onions, mushrooms, garlic, thyme, bay leaves and season

  3. 3

    Add red wine, reduce by half. Add veal jus, tomato purée, and cepes and water.
