  1. 2 cupsbeans(picked)
  2. 1 bunchspinach(washed and chopped)
  3. 2dried fish
  4. 3medium sweet potatoes (peeled, washed and chopped)
  5. Tomato, attarugu, onion and garlic

    Cooked ur bean until half done

  2. 2

    Wash the bean. Add a cup of water in a pot and put to boil.

  3. 3

    When boiled pour in ur beans, add onion and salt and allow to cook.

  4. 4

    Add in your chopped tomatoes, onion and grinded garlic and attaruhu and spices.

  5. 5

    Add ur sweet potato and washed dried fish and cover to cook.

  6. 6

    When the water almost gone add ur red oil and leave to cook (don't stir if not it will burn).

  7. 7

    When the beans is cooked add in your chopped spinach, stir and your beans porridge is ready to eat.. Enjoy!
