Ingredients

  1. 5/6tomatoes ya 200 gms tomatoes
  2. 100 gmsdrumsticks and peas each
  3. 50 gmsvadi, 2 potatoes,
  4. 2 potatoes
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. as neededcurry patta coriander leaves for garnishing
  7. 2green chillies, ginger garlic paste,few curry patta coriander leaves for garnishing
  8. as neededSalt, haldi,redchilli powder coriander powder little
  9. as neededGaram Masala powder,oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash tomatoes and make puree of it,then In a cooker, put oil,when heating put little jeera and then put tomatoes puree and curry patta and stir for a while and then put all veggies (drumsticks vadi and peas aloo cubes) in it,stir for a while,

  2. 2

    Then put ginger garlic paste green chillies and put all Masala haldi powder red chilli powder coriander powder and salt

  3. 3

    Cover the cooker for 2 whistle and garnish with coriander leaves and little garam masala powder and it,

  4. 4

    Lastly serve with steam rice and hot chapati and roasted papad and it taste yummy
