Cut and clean fish

Marinate fish with salt and turmeric powder

Two onion finely chopped and two sclice

Heat kadhai add mustard oil add whole dry red chill fry take out keep a side

Same oil add sclice onion fry till colour change add cumin seed wait for few second till aroma left

Make a paste of fry onion and cumin seed keep a side

Same oil add finely chopped onion fry add garlic ginger paste stair continously till raw aroma goes

Add turmeric powder red chill powder coriander powder stair add cook it for some time

Add green chill cook till oil separate

Add fish mix gently masala coated with fish

Add 1 cup of water cook till boil

Add 1 cup of water cover and cook for some time

Mix 1 cup of water with fry onion and cumin paste

Now pour into a gravy and cook till thick gravy

Add whole red chill

Garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with rice
