  • Frying oil
  • Salt
  • Onions

    Cut and clean the titus fish

    Rub salt in and keep it in the fridge for 1hr

  3. 3

    Then fry the fish in the oil

  4. 4

    Garnish with sliced pepper and onions

  5. 5

    Yum yum
