Cajun Shrimp Sauce (over Steak) Cajun Shrimp Sauce (over Steak)
This flavorful sauce (garlic and a hint of mustard) is very easy to prepare and will enhance those “special occasion” steak dinners. For a high-end restaurant quality taste, add a few cracked peppercorns and finish with a dash of brandy. [The sauce can be used with pan-seared fish fillets as well. See last picture.] Rick M
