Ingredients

  • 1 kgchicken portions
  • 2 tbspfrying oil
  • Onion
  • Green pepper
  • Garlic & Ginger
  • Tomato paste
  • 1 TspCloves spice
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1star anise spice
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspchicken spice
  • 1 tbspbrown onion soup

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry star anice, onion, green pepper, garlic and ginger until onion is cooked.

  2. 2

    Add chicken and fry for 10 min and then add all your spices and fry for another 8 to 10 min.

  3. 3

    Add tomato paste and soup and a bit of water and cook for 5 min.
