Ingredients

  1. 2leftover chapatis
  2. 1/2bell pepper, cut into pieces (use green, red, and yellow bell peppers to make it colorful)
  3. 3 1/2 tablespoonsbutter (about 50 grams), 2 tablespoons milk
  4. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  5. 1onion, sliced
  6. 1little carrot, sliced
  7. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  8. 1 teaspoongreen chili sauce
  9. 2 teaspoonstomato ketchup

  1. 1

    Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons milk, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Beat well.

  2. 2

    Heat a skillet and add half the butter. Add the chopped vegetables, a pinch of salt, and the remaining black pepper powder. Sauté for 1 minute, then turn off the heat.

  3. 3

    Heat a griddle on the stove, add butter, and pour in half of the egg mixture to make an omelet. When the omelet is partially cooked, place a chapati on top and press gently. Flip the omelet with the chapati.

  4. 4

    Keep the heat low to prevent the chapati from burning.

  5. 5

    Place the vegetable filling on top of the omelet, drizzle with green chili sauce and tomato ketchup, fold, and transfer to a plate.

  6. 6

    Your kids' favorite crispy egg chapati rolls are ready.
