Put 2 teaspoon oil in a frying pan

Put in finely chopped onions

Put in finely chopped 1/2 bowl carrot

Put in finely chopped 1/2 bowl french Beans

Put in finely chopped 1/2 bowl capsicum

Put in jeera powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt

Give it a good stir and mix it well

Take veggies out in another pan

Add mashed boiled potatoes, cheese and roasted gram flour in it

Mix it finely and mash it

Take seekh and stick the stuff around it like a lollipop and shallow fry it

Put some lemon juice on them

Add chat masala, amchur powder, red chilli powder, salt

Stir it well

Take a bun and grill it on both sides and cut it into halves

Put mayonnaise on both side

Put 1-2 sheekh kabab between the buns and veggies kept in big bowl
