  2. ,2 cupslight coconut milk
  3. 1onion
  4. 1carrots
  5. 1green mango
  6. Oil
  7. 1 table spoontumeric powder

    Fry onions until golden brown

    Add grated carrots.,chopped tomatoes, tumeric powder, grated mango, salt And stir

    Add light coconut milk and stir w

    When it boils add. Heavy coconut milk and cook for 2 min
