Ingredients

  1. 7-9Big Raw Plaintain (Bananas)
  2. 1/2 kgSteak (boiled in salt and ginger garlic paste) can use whole fish as well
  3. 1 cupBeans (boiled in salt) can use tinned Kidney beans
  4. 3Tomatoes (chopped)
  5. 1Onion (chopped)
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. Salt (as required)
  8. 3 tbspOil
  9. 5Raw Tomatoes (White Tomatoes)
  10. 2Whole Red Chillies (optional)
  11. 1Corn Cob (grate and boil with meat) or use Sweet corns

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big pot put oil then boiled meat and it's broth, add bananas, beans, corns, onions, tomatoes, raw tomatoes, turmeric powder and salt add 3-4 cups of water and cook on medium flame, till like stew so dont stir it, can toss with wooden laddle.
